Holy moly!  My oldest child is 8 years old today.

As you know, we already had her party.  We celebrated her birthday at school yesterday with cookies.  Today, we went to Lubbock while Emily went to a friend’s party and we did some shopping.  Then we met some friends at Chili’s (Emily’s choice) for dinner.

Wow.
